The tundish working

have good chemical stability under high temperature working conditions,
and it should not cause secondary oxidation and pollution with molten
steel; 3) It needs to have good thermal shock resistance and volume
stability; 4) It has a lower thermal conductivity and is more Good

tundish needs to be simple in construction, can be baked quickly or can

Tundish dry material is an
unshaped refractory material (tundish working lining) made by vibration
molding without adding water and liquid binder. The dry material is
dense and uniform, and the demoulding strength is generated after low
temperature heating. The tundish working lining made of tundish dry
materials has been widely used in major steel plants because of its
convenient construction, short baking time, good slag resistance, good
insulation effect, low energy consumption, and simple construction
equipment. .
About the construction technology of dry materials in the tundish
The
dry material of the tundish adopts the construction process of
vibration forming and heating curing. When the permanent layer
temperature meets the construction conditions, construction operations
can be carried out. First install the impact plate and the seat brick,
and tamped with
ramming material, then pour the dry material into the
bottom of the bag, pay attention to ensuring the thickness of the bottom
of the bag, and require flatness; after the construction of the bottom
of the bag, install the covered tire, and adjust the tire and The
distance of the permanent layer: Pour the dry material into the tundish,
fill it up to the upper edge of the tundish, turn on the vibrating
motor to vibrate for 3 to 5 minutes, and then feed and vibrate until the
vibrating material is filled to the edge of the bag. Do not bring
packaging bags, plastic lined bags and other sundries into the tundish
during construction.
