The advantages and application of tundish dry vibration mix

Tundish dry vibration mix is mainly used for tundish lining, which is the third generation of high-tech product following insulation board and tundish coating. Magnesia material has the good properties of high iron and high alkaline slag corrosion resistance. It is charactorized with long service life and no pullution for molten steel.

The refractory dry vibration mix that our company produced has good performance of construction, high strength of mold unloading in low temperature and high strength in middle and high temperature,which can satisfy with the customers’ requests for low temmeprature baking and middle or high temperature using in the tundish working lining.
