Preventive measures of molten steel breakout around nozzle

Molten steel breakout could cause serious accident in steel plant, so the lining of refractory materials requires extra attention, the following measures should be taken during the positioning of nozzle:
1.All the sundries around refractory nozzle should be cleared out;
2.Mortar should be mixed according to certain way recommended by supplier, there should be no sundries mixed in it;
3.After the nozzle is positioned, it should be squeezed tight.
4.The materials around nozzle should be rammed tight and then sintered;
5.The screw with refractory nozzle should be complete and fastened.
